LA County is seeking a reputable, responsible, and customer-service oriented company to provide high quality bottled water and dispensers to various County facilities throughout LA County. Vendor bidding must provide Energy Star Rated Dispensers and established a recycling program to reclaim and prevent waste. 1. Vendor shall warrant that all electric drinking water dispensers are ENERGY STAR rated and labeled. 2. Vendor must have in place and provide County with a copy of vendor’s program to take back bottles for reuse or environmentally safe recycling when vendor discards or replaces such bottles. 3.
