A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours one (1) time per week, on Wednesday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following DMV business day, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday business day. B. Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, two (2) times per month, every first and third weekend, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. C.
