Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Two Internet synchronous fiber Internet circuits. One for our Martinsburg microwave tower site at 100 mb and one at our Beckley facility at 1 Gb. Justification: We currently deliver our Television broadcast, including the Lottery, to multiple locations over the Internet using specialized technology. The circuit at our Martinsburg microwave tower site permits us to deliver our broadcast feeds over fiber when our microwave fails and the Beckley circuit provides redundant service to protect our broadcast over IP solutions. Vendor must: provide synchronous fiber connections; Be able to provide circuits without using Sagra or Frontier fiber; must not have any non-recurring build-out costs; vendor must be able to provide a minimum of 32 contiguous public IP addresses.
