A. The Contractor shall adhere to all applicable regulations and laws related to vehicle history reporting and data protection. B. The Contractor shall have the ability to provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle history data, including accident history, title status, and mileage information. C. The Contractor shall have evidence of established procedures, including those for data integrity and security, by adhering to industry standards like the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NVHTIS) or the National Auto Theft Prevention Association (NADCA) guidelines, and ensuring best practices for vehicle history reporting, a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and reliability, by having a system in place for ongoing data verification and quality control. D. The Contractor shall have the ability to deliver vehicle history reports efficiently and within the specified timeframe. E. The Contractor shall execute a Request Change Ticket to update a record within five (5) business days of receipt from DFA. F. The Contractor shall not charge the Department for re-running the same VIN specific information within ninety (90) calendar days. G. The subscription must provide the option to search by the VIN. H. The subscription must provide reports for VIN and properly identify the current brand status in each state the vehicle possibly may have been registered in. I. The subscription must provide the latest, up-to-date records on vehicle history. J. The subscription must be able to provide complete extensive detailed title histories reports on the specific VIN submitted by the user. K. The subscription must be able to provide a simplified condensed version of the reports to be used in transactions involving abandoned vehicles or for VIN and odometer verification purposes. L.
