• The Contractor shall furnish and set the two (2) 5,000–gallon UL-2085 Fireguard (or approved equal) tanks. Contractor is responsible for supplying the equipment necessary to properly install and position the tanks. • All tank top accessories must be furnished and installed to ensure proper venting, filling, and monitoring capabilities. The tanks must allow staff safe access to sampling ports for future fuel testing and quality assurance activities. • Remote fill cabinets shall be supplied, installed, and connected to the tanks with appropriate overfill protection valves. All gauges installed on the tanks must be weather and sun-resistant, with glass gauges preferred. • The Contractor shall furnish Fill-Rite (or approved equal) 110V pumps and install all associated piping to connect to the tank tops. Electrical services must be run from the circuit breaker panel to the remote pumps as part of the installation. The remote Fill-Rite pumps must also be connected to a remote dispenser mounted on a horizontal tank plate. • A complete OPW Petro Vend PV200 fuel management system must be furnished and installed. This system shall include a Fuel Island Terminal (FIT) with a proximity card reader compatible with existing St. Tammany Parish ID badges, a 48” pedestal with mounting bracket, a 2-hose pump controller, and an external Fuel Site Controller (FSC3000) with a plug-in memory module capable of storing a minimum of 500 transactions and 2,000 cards. The installation shall also include on/off switches, meters, and pulsers.
