Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the construction of an approx. 2,400 square foot prefabricated metal maintenance building. This building will include an interior office area, ADA single stall restroom, breakroom, an equipment storage / maintenance area, and a mezzanine. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for constructing the foundation, erecting the prefabricated metal building, and routing all utility installations (including, but not limited to electrical, water, sewer, mechanical, and gas services). The building will also feature an all-weather entrance structure as outlined in the Bid Documents, including the plans and specifications.
