This project is the Clark County Regional Flood Control District (CCRFCD) Flamingo Wash, Cimarron Branch, Russell Road to Patrick Lane flood control facility (FLCM 0003) from the upstream (south) side of Patrick Lane to the upstream (south) side of Russell Road where the proposed facility will connect to existing two 10-foot-by-6-foot reinforced concrete box culvert (2-10’x6’ RCB) that discharges into the Flamingo Wash Detention Basin (FLWA 1443). The project will construct: •12’x6’ pre-cast RCB storm drain across Patrick Lane •12’ wide by 5’ high rectangular concrete channel, with a maintenance access ramp, to the north between Patrick Land and Oquendo Road •12’x6’ cast-in-place RCB crossing Oquendo Road •Rectangular concrete channel from Oquendo Road to Russell Road beginning as a 12’x6’ channel, transitioning to a 13’x6’ channel, then to a 15’x6’ concrete channel, and a channel transition to the connection with the 2-10’x6’ RCB in Russell Road. •Patrick Lane, full-width roadway, from Tomsik Street to Cimarron Drive and 33- foot-wide half street improvements approximately 330 feet west of Tomsik Street to Tomsik Street. •Oquendo Road full-width roadway at the cast-in-place 12’x6’ RCB crossing and a temporary connection to Cimarron Road. •Patrick Lane full-width roadway, from Durango Drive to Rainbow Boulevard. The improvements shall consist of facilities that may include, but not limited to, closed conduit storm drains, concrete channels, culverts, drop inlets, utility modifications, waterline and dry utility relocations, and related appurtenances necessary to control floodwaters in the Project Area, roadway excavation and construction, signing and striping, curb & gutter, sidewalk, and pavement.; The Patrick Lane - Durango Drive to Rainbow Boulevard project (L-2455) consists of striping two lanes each direction with a TWLTL and street widening at undeveloped parcels from Durango Drive to Rainbow Boulevard. The work includes installing new pavement on widened areas, adjustments of utility manholes and valves, pavement markings, and drop inlet installation. The work also includes converting Flamingo Wash, Cimarron Branch Project No. L-2383 Russell Road to Patrick Lane 4-100-2 Bid No, 607624-25 installation of traffic signage and all appurtenances to complete the work.
