1. The proposed in-car video (ICV) solution must integrate with the County’s existing body-worn camera and cloud solution for seamless operation in a singular centralized platform. 2. The ICV must have a front-facing camera that supports video recording and automated license plate recognition (ALPR) capabilities in one device; where it can continuously record vehicle dashcam audio/video, as well as perform ALPR functions at the same time. 3. The front-facing camera must have built in 4K sensors to help capture license plate reads from up to three lanes of traffic, from 50 feet away, and at a closing speed of 140 MPH. 4. The in-car video (ICV) system cameras must have the foll owing field of views: a. Front-facing: 150 degrees b. Rear-facing: 150 degrees 5. The front-facing ICV camera must have optical/digital zoom capabilities up to 12x 6. Both cameras must have the option to capture video at multiple resolutions, including 480p, 720p, and 1080p. This setting should be configurable.
