The project consists of approximately 0.25 miles of trail on lands of East Bradford Township located near the intersection of Lenape Road and Tigue Road. The construction of the trail shall begin at the legal right of way limit of Lenape Road (station 20+00 as indicated on the contract drawings), and end at the trail intersection with Tigue Road. The project includes installation of a prefabricated bridge, construction of retaining walls and a courtyard known as the Heritage Center at Strode’s Barn. Along with the trail construction, work shall include the construction of a driveway/parking lot off Lenape Road, including the roadway improvements to Lenape Road as required for construction of said driveway. Pavement markings, signage and stormwater management BMPs will also be constructed as part of the project.
