Project Overview Due to significant population growth, the current Police Department facilities within City Hall no longer meet operational needs. Additionally, the Fire Department requires improved response capabilities on the east side of the railroad tracks, which currently create service delays. The new Public Safety Facility aims to address both these challenges by providing modern, appropriately located infrastructure. Project Elements Include: • Preliminary Site Evaluations: The City owns two prospective sites to be evaluated as potential locations. • Needs Assessment: Determine spatial, functional, and operational needs of both departments. • Concept Development: Create conceptual drawings and architectural renderings. • Presentations: Deliver presentations to City Council and stakeholders at key project milestones. • Comprehensive Project Planning: Support in developing project schedules, cost estimates, and phasing plans.
