The Port of Seattle is soliciting bids for an initial quantity of thirty (30) Barstools for D Annex and CTE at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsible Bidder in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The barstool selected through this solicitation will be established as the standard for the next ten (10) years and may be used in other areas of the airport at the Port’s discretion. The Port reserves the right to determine whether and where the stools will be used beyond the initial locations. If the manufacturer discontinues the selected product and introduces a similar replacement, the Port reserves the right to evaluate and determine whether the new product will serve as the updated standard.
