The University of North Texas Health Science (UNTHSC) in Fort Worth is seeking a proposal for cloud- based research participant payment system that meets the requirements of TX-RAMP (or State-RAMP) per IT regulations for various research and academic work teams at UNTHSC with a Master Agreement. Most research departments need a vendor that offer suitable audit trails including the ability to generate a list of specific research participants paid each month and by study as well as the capability to generate a 1099 report (financial requirement from UNT). The vendor would also need to have TX-RAMP certification and contracts would need to approve all items. 3.2. Project Details Vendor will be responsible for loading and managing funds, audit trails, access to reports (1099 or dollar amount for each person paid), allowing multiple departmental accounts (as we all have separate funding in addition to compliance with HIPAA), and timely payments to research participants. University will designate a responsible person to manage each departments account; this includes creating, adding and maintaining funds, closing out the account or requesting refunds if required.
