4.1.1 Process Server Services- Generally used 5 to 10 times a year 4.1.1.1 Must be available upon request. 4.1.1.2 Must serve petitions, hearing notices, subpoenas, and other legal documentation upon persons in West Virginia, or in other states as needed. 4.1.1.3 Must have the ability/willingness to serve process in unfamiliar and potentially dangerous areas and situations. 4.1.1.4 Must have the ability/willingness to serve process to unfamiliar and potentially dangerous persons. 4.1.1.5 Must have the ability/willingness to serve process during non-business hours and on weekends. 4.1.1.6 Must have the ability to meet deadlines. 4.1.1.7 Must accept work assignments on a 48-hour notice. 4.1.1.8 Must make a bona fide attempt to serve process within days of work assignment. 4.1.1.9 Must be able/willing to make a bona fide attempt to serve process within 48 hours in an emergency. 4.1.1.10 Must provide written affidavits and or testify in hearings regarding service of process or service of process attempts. Satisfactory references must be provided demonstrating vendor's ability and willingness to carry out the above mandatory contract services requirements and deliverables.
