1. Foundation a. Furnish and install 122 ft x 66 ft concrete foundation b. 4- inch - thick concrete slab, reinforce per industry standards and project requirements 2. Metal Building Construction a. Erect fully insulated pre-engineered metal building with dimensions: i. 110 ft length x 50ft width x 15 ft eave height ii. 8' porch (8x30) to the south side of the building b. Install 3-inch vinyl-backed insulation throughout the building interior c. Walls to consists of 26 gauges PBR metal panels d. 16-inch soft overhang on all sides including gutters and downspouts 3. Doors and Openings a. (4) 10 ft x10 ft roll-up doors b. (1) double walk-through exterior door c. (1) single-walk through exterior door d. All doors and locks to be Procured through Valdosta Commercial Doors and Locks, per owner specification 4. Additional Provisions a. Compliance with local, state, and federal building codes b. Site cleanup and removal of all construction debris c. Coordination with project representatives and inspectors.
