The Transit Center Parking Garage (“parking garage”) site is located on the Maryland Parkway campus in existing Lot H and Lot U, north of Joe Delaney Lane, east of Brussels Street and immediately south of the existing UNLV Transit Center. The boundaries of the site are as follows: • East boundary at existing Property line along the access drive behind the University Square strip mall along Maryland Parkway; • North boundary at south edge of the existing UNLV Transit Center; • West boundary is Brussels Street; • South boundary is limited to allow modifications to Joe Delaney Lane as shown on the attached Civil Plan. The design criteria are based on a minimum of 1,500 parking stalls in the parking garage. The height of the proposed structure must be limited to six (6) levels as shown in the attached Bridging Documents. The UNLV Transit Center Parking Garage must maintain a minimum setback of fifteen (15) feet from the property line on the east. Refer to the Bridging Documents. The parking garage must have a connection to campus via a sidewalk on the north, west, and south sides of the building. This must meet all code minimums to connect the stairwells and elevators to the existing campus.
