The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board of the Charleston Coliseum and the Charleston Convention Center, it’s sub-contracted management and its affiliates (herein referred to as “Operator”) manage and operate the Charleston Coliseum, the Charleston Convention Center and The Charleston Theater to lease, present, or promote various live show productions, various conferences, trade and consumer shows, banquet performance productions and events (each “Event” and collectively the “Events”) and the Coliseum, Center and Theater herein referred to individually or collectively as the “Facility”. The Production Labor Provider (“PLP”) must demonstrate extensive experience in supplying labor to perform technical production labor including stagehands, ground and climbing riggers, truck loaders, material handling, set and booth assembly and dismantle, forklift and boom lift operators and follow spot operators, audio and lighting console operators and camera operators as typical for live event production (hereinafter collectively referred to as “technicians”), to perform quality production services for arena-type events and convention and exhibition center type events. At times upon request, PLP shall operate Operator’s equipment or rental equipment supplied by Operator. PLP will provide technicians on a 24-7 basis as required.
