The Work for this Project includes procuring and providing the labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to: 1) Procure Professional Services resulting in: 2) Complete Construction Drawings, signed and sealed by a professional properly licensed by the State of Arizona, to construct: 3) 1 Aircraft Hangar approximately 5,184 square feet (with ingress/egress components, on appropriate Foundation and with all associated Civil Infrastructure) with a living space approximately 25’ x 54’ and an 8’ ceiling height (to provide overhead storage), a 4) Paved Connector Taxilane, a 5) Paved, Multi-Use Apron with: 6) Two Concrete Helicopter Parking Pads, a 7) Paved Parking Lot, and 8) One Concrete Pad located behind Hangar for an Above-Ground Fuel Storage Tank.
