The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: SCJB is currently looking to procure Business Information Systems Inc. (BIS Digital) to continue to support and maintain the digital audio recording infrastructure, software, and equipment for the SC Digital Courtroom Recorders Project (SCDCRP) in the following (24) county courtrooms that comprise the fiscal year for the 2025-2026 Pilot: Abbeville, Aiken, Beaufort, Charleston (2), Chester (2), Chesterfield, Dorchester, Edgefield, Florence, Greenwood, Kershaw, Laurens, Lexington, Marion, Marlboro, McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Saluda, York (2) and a Portable System. BIS is the only company that can maintain and support their software and equipment.
