1.0 PROJECT SCOPE; 1.1 Purchase and installation of all needed materials to replace existing ball-field fence fabric of five (5) softball fields. This will include all perimeter, outfield, sideline and backstop fencing. 1.2 Replacement of cross bars as described below. 1.3 Shall include all hardware needed for proper installation and functionality. 1.4 Any grounds disturbed during the project shall be repaired prior to completion of the project. 1.5 When replacing fence fabric, adjust and reset all gates. 1.6 Prior to submitting a bid, a site visit with City of Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department staff will be required. 2.0 FENCE MATERIAL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; 2.1 Purchase and installation of 5,005 linear feet of 6 foot – 9 gauge fence fabric; 2.2 Purchase and installation of 1,655 linear feat of 8 foot – 9 gauge fence fabric; 2.3 Purchase and installation of 15 - 10 foot length by 1 5/8 inch OD cross bars; 3.0 FENCE DEMOLITION; 3.1 Bid should include demolition and removal of the old materials
