Remove and dispose of old Air Compressors, associated air driers, and cap or terminate no longer require piping or electrical components in buildings 112 and 124. Purchase and install a new dual head compressor and drier in Building 112 capable of a minimum of 50 SCFM at 90 PSI with capability to reach a minimum of 150 PSI. Building 112’s compressor will be relocated to the electrical/mechanical room. Provide/connect all piping and electrical equipment to make the system operational. Purchase and install a new dual head compressor and drier in Building 124 capable of a minimum of 40 SCFM at 90 PSI with capability to reach a minimum of 150 PSI. Provide/connect all piping and electrical equipment to make the system operational. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, materials, disposal and all documentation associated with the project.
