Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging Machine meeting or exceeding the following specifications: Blister tools for 5-8 mm tablet, 10-12 mm tablets and capsule size 1-3 The machine should be able to form thermoformed blisters from used materials including: PVC, PVDC, ACLAR laminates Bench Top Size The machine should be able to form cold-formed blisters from ALU The machine should be able to seal blisters using seal material with adhesive including: ALU, Paper Thermoform and sealing operations the machine should be able to heat the core of the tooling to a maximum of 200°C The machine should complete a form/seal cycle in no longer than 10 seconds Machine must be in compliance with CFR21 part 11 regulations, it must be possible to extract audit trails Should meet GMP requirements Machine should operate using a 0.6MPa (6Bar) compressed air supply Vendor should provide validation package - IQ/OQ Vendor should perform installation and calibration of the machine.
