Working with the Berkeley County the successful firm will assist in or be responsible for: 1. Homes and / or land a. On behalf of the Berkeley County Sheriff sell homes and property related to conservatorships and estates through normal sale processes or auction as needed in compliance with orders of the Berkeley County Circuit Court. 2. Personal Property a. Sale personal property from within the house or buildings on the property to include vehicles, tractors and other items as specified by West Virginia Code and / or compliance with orders of the Berkeley County Circuit Court. 3. Prepare Homes for Sale a. Empty and dispose of unsold items, trash and other materials as required to facilitate the sale of the home.
