Successful Respondent shall provide Services and access rights to the software products listed on the Mandatory Price Sheet in Section IV of this RFO in accordance with the terms of this RFO. B. The Licensed Software provided by Successful Respondent must be able to operate on CPA’s current environment: IBM z15 T01 8561-504, IBM mainframe computer. It is anticipated that CPA will migrate to a new mainframe prior to December 2025. CPA is considering the IBM z17 ME1 8561-503. The current mainframe and the proposed mainframe with associated capacity ratings are specified in Table 1: Mainframe Capacity Schedule. C. If the Licensed Software requires the use of a hardware key, dongle, or other device which prevents the production copy of the Licensed Software from being transferred to another device, then Successful Respondent shall provide sufficient copies of the Licensed Software to enable CPA to use the Licensed Software for disaster recovery, test, and development purposes.
