The overall goal of the Player Health Information and Support Program is to create an effective, sustainable, measurable, socially responsible, and accountable approach to gambling. The successful bidder will hire, manage, train, and deploy staff to carry out activities further defined in this section as outlined in the Responsible Gaming Framework. Activities of the program will address the three outcome measures and associated outputs listed below. Note that many activities will overlap outcomes, and additional activities may be proposed.
