The proposed Work is generally described as follows: The Work consists of tenant improvement and exterior modifications as follows: redesign of front entry facade, interior finish upgrade, interior space layout, electrical upgrade, adding handle ties on all existing muti-wire branch circuits to meet current code, Mechanical building system upgrade, and plumbing remodel at LVVWD East Administration Building. Scope including demolition of existing walls and doors, and construction of new walls, new restrooms, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting and fire safety upgrades. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to construct the facility per approved plans and specifications
