Project requirements include: • Provideall projectmanagement, supervision,labor,equipment,material, supplies and required testing to achieve the project goal. • Include the legal disposal of all items necessary to complete the project. • Coordination with building renovation General Contractor working on building and exterior lighting. • Prior to overlay seal asphalt pavement cracks with hot-poured rubber binder. • Prior to overlay, provide full depth (6” min) asphalt base repair of any damaged areas that exceeds size to be sealed with hot poured rubber binder. • Mill, as needed, along the existing building sidewalk, existing concrete exit, etc. to match grade and ensure positive drainage to existing inlets. Remove and reinstall any bollard as necessary for milling. • Install 1.5” min hot mix surface course asphalt overlay. • White painted parking 4” lot striping for approximately 105 spaces and painted end islands. • 14 painted white directional arrows. • Two (2) 24” Thermoplastic stop bar at site exit to highway. • Blue painted ADA parking lot 4” striping for 5 ADA spaces and associated isles. • Four (4) ADA parking signs and posts set in 3’(min)high bollard. Bollards painted traffic yellow. • One (1) ADA Van parking sign and post set in 3’(min) high bollard. Bollard painted traffic yellow. • Adjust, if necessary, existing grate inlets to match new paving grade. • Clean out three existing grate inlet drainage boxes. • Clean out existing drainage pipe between boxes to outfall (approximately 350lf). • Provide an alternate price option for full depth reclamation (FDR) instead of the overlay. Assume cement application rate of 70 lbs per sy to be verified by testing firm. • The site shall be left in the same or better condition than the start of repaving. • Provide all required testing reports per SCDOT specifications by a qualified testing firm. • All permitting and design costs, if any, should be included in the bid.
