INDOT is looking to continue the delivery of quality projects for our Small Towns program statewide. During the first phase of the consultant contract, the selected firm shall be responsible for preparation of stage one plans, estimate and any other tasks deemed necessary including but not limited to survey, red flag etc. as determined by scope of services meeting. Once the scope of work and construction estimate are determined, INDOT will assess ability to fund. If INDOT makes the determination to fund and proceed with the project, this contract MAY be amended to include the design of the project to construction completion and the additional services that may include further plan development, environmental document preparation, permit work, geotechnical services, right of way plan development, title research, utility coordination, construction phase services and others as needed. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the Scoping Meeting.
