Perform necessary survey work • Perform drainage, floodplain, hydraulic, and wetland studies • Prepare all necessary reports, including: o Bridge Condition Report o Hydraulic Report o Preliminary Bridge Design and Hydraulic Report o Location Drainage Study o Wetland Report • Summarize alternatives and recommendations and complete a Project Development Report • Perform necessary environmental coordination to secure Design Approval • Prepare and submit all necessary permits (ACOE, IDNR-OWR, P&D, etc.) • Prepare plats and legals • Provide coordination for public involvement. • Provide coordination with property owners, utilities, local agencies, and IDOT. • Complete the necessary Phase II plans, specifications and estimates as required based upon the approved Phase I design
