Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Conduct the following training, design, and development tasks duties: • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for current FLAIR processes and develop new or transitioning PALM SOP's. • Create communications and training content to support the adoption of the system in collaboration with State of Florida employees and other vendors, as required. • Conduct training development and related status meetings, project team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and attend Florida PALM meetings as assigned by the Department. • Create required reporting documents as needed and required using MS Word, Excel, and/or other learning management software as approved by the Department. • Create and maintain a training management portfolio as directed by FDVA, to include but not limited to: o Project training plans. o Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents o Tasks lists. o Risk assessments. o Issue documents. o Governance documents...
