The contractor shall be capable of providing calibration, repair, and maintenance services for the following equipment at the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant located at 125 Spring Street, Manchester, CT 06045. Four (4) Teledyne API Model 465L Ambient and Vent Gas Monitors; One (1) Teledyne API Model 465M Off Gas Monitor; 5.2. PREPARATION AND SETUP; Equipment Check: Verify that all necessary equipment, including ozone monitors, calibration gas, and transfer standards, are available and in good working condition, using Town-sourced parts if provided. Site Preparation: Ensure the calibration site at the Globe Hollow WTP is suitable, minimizing interference from external ozone sources or environmental factors. 5.3. CALIBRATION PROCEDURE; Initial Checks: Perform zero and span checks to confirm the ozone monitor is functioning correctly. Calibration Gas: Use certified ozone calibration gas traceable to a primary standard to generate known ozone concentrations. Multi-Point Calibration: Conduct multi-point calibration by exposing the monitor to several known ozone concentrations, creating a calibration curve covering the expected range of ozone concentrations.
