Complete and in place for construction of new high service pumps, two (2) new ground storage tanks, yard and mechanical piping improvements, new instrumentation and controls, and new electrical systems as required for the improvements to the Meadowbrook WTP. 1. Mobilization/Demobilization, General Requirements, Bonds and Insurance. 2. Contractor is responsible for protecting existing materials, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. 3. Site Work • Site Preparation. • Erosion Control. • Salvage: Prior to demolition of equipment or facilities, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner on any Owner designated equipment identified to be salvaged. Contractor shall move the identified equipment and/or materials to the warehouse on-site storage area protection from the elements. Salvage equipment includes, but is not limited to (the Owner reserves the right to salvage existing equipment not identified on this list): o Existing High Service Pumps. o Hydro-pneumatic Tanks.
