The Project includes the following Work: Option 1: Demolition of (2) buildings, metal siding removal and salvage on (1) building, removal of sidewalk, abandonment of onsite public utilities, and restoration. All work is the same parcel of land. Option 2: Demolition of (3) buildings, removal of sidewalk, removal of asphalt parking lot, abandonment of onsite public and private utilities, and restoration. All work is the same parcel of land. Work is funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program through Wisconsin Emergency Management, FEMA, and the Municipal Flood Control Grant through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit bid proposals.
