The contractor shall provide all personnel, gold carts, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, means of communicating and other items and services necessary for game day parking services as per the scope of services. Hours of Operation: No later than 6:00AM on Game Days and remain attended until one hour after the end of the game. The estimated average period of attendance per game will be 10 hours. GAMEDAY SCHEDULE: Sept. 13, 2025; Sept. 20, 2025; Oct. 11, 2025; Nov. 1, 2025; Nov. 8, 2025; Bidders shall include all costs associated with the Spring Game scheduled for April 2026. The exact date will be determined at a later time; however, pricing for this event must be included in the bid submission. No changes, additions, or adjustments to pricing will be allowed once final bid numbers are submitted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to account for all potential costs related to this event in their initial proposal.
