Provide tidal datums and delineate all existing site features, property boundaries, and wetland vegetation. Perform condition assessments of the existing ramp, dock, and bulkhead above-water during low-tide. Produce a summary memo of findings and recommendations. PHASE 2: Concept Development Develop a conceptual facility improvement plan to a 10% schematic level. Anticipated improvements include: 1. New pre-cast concrete plank boat ramp with improved pitch and access docks 2. Repairs of the timber pier structure 3. Floating dock repair or replacement
