El Paso County Public Works – Road and Bridge Department is seeking a supplier of up to 100,000 tons of commercial base course material. The quantity may vary depending on funding and pricing. The County seeks to award a contract for the qualified vendor to provide base course material on a price per ton unit cost contract. The County is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver material to each of five (5) County yards located within El Paso County on an as-needed basis throughout the duration of the contract. The vendor must have the facilities and materials made ready for delivery as requested by any warehouse of the County. The vendor will be provided with a 15-30 calendar day notice for request of material, upon which the vendor must deliver material to specific location.
