Contractor is required to contact the Custodial Department in order to set an appointment to perform any services, including inspection, maintenance, testing, parts (if necessary) and repairs. Contractor shall provide superior customer service and timely maintenance and repair services to correct deficiencies and return the equipment to an in-service status. • Equipment may be repaired on site (in our District), or on vendor’s location, as needed. • Any repair and/or replacement cost must be priory approved by the District Custodial Department or his designee. • All work shall be performed during prescribed hours Monday through Friday, any repairs that requires to be done during weekends or after hours will required previous approval from the Custodial Department Supervisor or his designee. • A purchase order needs to be issued before any services are rendered • A current equipment inventory include, but are not limited to: -Vacuums -Wet/dry machines -Buffers -Burnishers -Auto-scrubbers
