The Department of Public Safety is requesting bids for Elisa reagent kits to help the Crime Laboratory determine the category of drug present in samples. Brand names and manufacturer’s references are descriptive only and indicate type and quality desired. Bids on brands of like nature and quality will be considered. If proposing other than the referenced brands/model number, Bidder must state manufacturer, brand, or trade name, product number and provide complete descriptive information of product offered and include it with Bid.
