Requirements - a) CPA will consider only SaaS Licensed Software to be hosted and managed in CPA’s ServiceNow GovCloud environment. b) Respondent’s offered Licensed Software must be compatible with and natively built for ServiceNow: a. Designed and developed to run directly on/with ServiceNow; b. Uses ServiceNow’s programming languages, frameworks and tools; c. Leverages ServiceNow capabilities and features; d. Does not require external layers or emulations for full integration and functionality in ServiceNow. c) Respondent’s offered Licensed Software must be a Configurable, commercially available off-the-shelf product available through Subscription License(s) and include, at a minimum, the following capabilities, features, and functionalities: 1) Access Review, 2) Access Request, 3) Identity Lifecycle Management, 4) Risk Management, 5) Ticketing, 6) Reporting, 7) Hosting, 8) Integration with enterprise applications, 9) Portal, 10) Approval, and 11) SoD
