TxDOT is seeking information regarding industry standards, best practices, potential performance measures, cost structures. or pricing methodologies and any additional information that would apply to modern, standards-compliant solutions for a statewide bridge and tunnel inventory system that supports SNBI (Specifications for the National Bridge Inventory) and SNTI (Specifications for the National Tunnel Inventory) requirements. The information should address inspection management, mobile and offline capabilities, customizable reporting and dashboards, GIS integration, and interoperability. The information should also speak to long-term adaptability and operational efficiency via flexibility for integration, data export, and future migration.
