This District intends to hire a highly qualified Architectural educational firm with the demonstrated capability to implement the District’s Building program. Engineering services may be in house (A&E firm) or via a set of sub consultants working under the selected Architectural firm. The scope entails designing a multi-story elementary school, with a 1200 student capacity, to be based off of an existing District Prototype. The new building will be located on the existing site of the current elementary school, which must remain open and active throughout construction of the new school. The Agency/Owner request qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the project listed above.
