The Contractor shall perform the following tasks: Tree/Brush/Stump Removal within Cable Area/Corridor: Corridor Cable Anchor Points: Clear-cut any tree/brush within a 75ft distance outward on each side of the guy wire (cable) centerline – this includes any cable anchor point. For any property locations that are less than the 75ft distance from the guy wire, we desire to clear cut to our property line which has been marked by a professional survey company. We must work with other property owners to cut trees that are posing danger to the tower on the other property. For the towers that are on school district property or property that SCETV does not own, the awarded contractor and SCETV must work together for the scheduling to remove the trees. For those trees that have been removed, all stumps are to be ground down to ground level or below utilizing a skid steer mulching head. Corridor Between the Inner Most Guy Wire Anchor Point Toward Tower and Around the Building: Clear-cut any tree/brush within a 75ft distance outward on each side of the guy wire centerline – from the building and the tower to the inner most cable anchor point. Around the building clear-cut any tree within a 75ft distance.
