Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts. components and accessories necessary to complete the repairs specified herein. If in the opinion of the bidder, a core should be replaced, the bidder will convey his opinion to the Director of Fleet Maintenance or his designated representative. If the Town disapproves and directs the bidder to either repair the core or return it unrepaired - he shall do so making a notation on his billing of the name of the person giving this direction. In no event will the contractor replace a core without approval.
