The scope of work includes demo and replacement Roofing in the following manner: The lowsloped roof areas A, C, & D will receive a full roof replacement. The existing roof areas are in poor condition and will be removed down to the deck. Area A is a modified built-up roof and will be replaced with new EPDM roofing. Roof areas C and D are fully adhered EPDM. Roof area C will be replaced with a fleeceback TPO system and roof area D will be replaced with new EPDM roofing system. Roof B is not in contract but there is a tie-in of roof B and C. There will be new roof fixed ladder, copings and flashings as part of this project. New overflow scuppers will be added on roof area A. There will be structural repairs to the spalled and damaged concrete columns and soffit on roof area A. Coatings repair will be applied to the structural concrete columns, concrete soffit, and the exposed surfaces of steel collar.
