The Low-Sloped Roof Areas A, E, and H will receive a full roof replacement. The existing roof areas are in poor condition and will be removed down to the deck. Areas A and H are built-up roofing and will be replaced with new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roofing system, over adhered R30 insulation system, and over the existing decking. Roof Area E is a mechanically attached EPDM roof and will be replaced with new fully adhered EPDM roofing. There will be new copings, new roof hatches and new flashings as part of this project. The existing damaged skylight on roof A to be removed entirely and opening to be filled in with roof deck and assembly to match adjacent roofing, new curb on roof E to support existing large mechanical unit. Replacing all existing scuppers with new scuppers and adding one new scupper on Roof Area H
