This project consists of the structural repairs and interior building demolition to the Administration Building of the Samarcand Training Academy Center for Safer Schools campus. The Building is approximately 8,246sqft. The project is located at the old East Montgomery High School in Biscoe, NC. The scope of the Administration Building Repairs consists of the removal of the existing concrete slab, structural repairs of the southern wall, additional reinforcement, CMU wall repairs and replacement, and helical pier installation. Scope of work also includes interior demolition that consists of the removal of CMU walls, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, capping of plumbing fixtures, removal of hvac systems, and disconnection of electrical outlets and equipment. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job.
