In general, except where otherwise provided for on the form for proposal, the work of this contract shall consist of supplying skilled craftsmen with appropriate tools and equipment on a time and material basis rather than performing bid item tasks. Generally, the work to be performed shall be of the following nature: a. Pipe Fitting, including installing new or repairing/replacing old lines within the System. b. Millwrighting, including performing preventative maintenance and extraordinary maintenance on air compressors, backup generators, a variety of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, split case, piston), drives, valves, and other mechanical equipment located at the Pump Stations necessary to maintain proper sewer operations. c. Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting controls, drives and motors.
