The scope of work for this project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Contractor will complete all tasks necessary to complete the interior renovation as outlined in the Project Manual. 2. The Project Manual contains a draft copy of the Modified AIA A201 General Condition of the Contract for Construction and a draft copy of the Modified AIA A101 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor (including Exhibit “A” thereto setting forth the requirements for insurance, payment bonds and performance bonds). a. All exceptions, questions, and/or suggested modifications to these draft Rowan contracts must be submitted no later than ten (10) business days before the proposal due date. 3. The drawings and specifications of the contract are intended to require the contractor to provide for everything reasonably necessary to accomplish the proper and complete finishing of the work. 4. All work and materials included in the specifications and not shown on the drawings or shown on the drawings and not in the specifications, shall be performed and/or furnished by the contractor as if described in both.
