1. 100% sealed seams with zero visible thread. Seams and turned edge construction with all seams inside the mattress. 2. The mattress is to be flame resistant and anti-bacterial. Cover must be hypoallergenic, latex-free, and abrasion resistant. 3 Mattress cover must be washable. Cleaning instructions and/or special product descriptions must be included in the bid. 4. The size of the mattress shall be 4.5" x 25" x 75" with an integrated built in pillow reversible to both sides of the mattress. 5. The core of the mattress must be similar to the Derby Blue Correctional Mattress which is comprised of 100% densified polyester, mimimum of 11 ounces/sq. ft. density.
