Must have at least 12 Public Testing Centers to administer examinations within Washington State in locations proportional to population. 5.1.5 Must be open a minimum of eight hours per day, six days a week (excluding federal holidays), at each Public Testing Center in Washington State. 5.1.6 Must be able to screen candidates for proof of photo identification whenever administering any examination by comparing candidates to their government issued photo identification. 5.1.7 Must provide a safe and secure environment for candidates in all examination facilities. 5.1.8 Must provide secure storage area where candidates can lock up personal electronic devices to include but not limited to cell phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices. 5.1.9 Must be able to deliver exams consisting of one or more sections as determined by L&I. 5.1.10 Must be able to provide exam electronically and insure questions, answers and securely maintain all candidate personally identifiable information. 5.1.11 Must be able to restrict sharing of candidate Social Security numbers. 5.1.12 Must be able to destroy data upon request of L&I. 5.1.13 Must be able to provide a different version of the examination every time ensuring candidates do not get the same exam more than once. 5.1.14 Must input approved candidate information within three business days of receiving information from L&I. 5.1.15 Must score exams on the same day they are administered. 5.1.16 Must provide same day examination results to L&I...
