The School Board of Broward County (SBBC) is accepting written proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide planning, architectural and engineering services for a new system HVAC system for this school without an Ice Plant and Fan Coils: HV1 Charles Drew ES HVAC Improvements Presently there is an Ice Plant with two chillers and Fan coil system. The Designer is be asked to design a new highly efficient and cost-effective HVAC system for the whole school HVAC system the does not include: an Ice Plant and Fan Coil units. The Designer will be required to test and evaluate the existing HVAC systems in Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 and present design options for a new school-wide HVAC system that does not utilize Fan Coil units or an Ice Plant and meet Broward County School Districts (District) design requirements (see Requirement).
